Refused shipments will receive a full refund for the PRODUCT ONLY. Shipping charges that we incur to originally ship the product will NOT be refunded. If we shipped your order via UPS or FedEx, you will also be assessed the $20 fee that FedEx/UPS charges us for refused shipments. The $20 refused shipment fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request below and place a new order for the product that you wish to purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date of your product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been installed, assembled, or ridden cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Grip tape, hand grips and bearings are consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless received in a non-functioning or defective state.

Bearings, Grip Tape, Hardware, Headsets
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, not in the original protective wrapping, or missing parts
- Shipping charges incurred by Smokin Scooters to originally ship your package to you.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether you will receive a full refund for the products purchased (less original shipping) or a partial refund. Partial refunds will only be issued if the returned product is not new in the box and cannot be sold as new.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take 3 - 5 business days to post to your funding source.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be credited back to your funding source (not including weekend days or holidays). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale and closeout items cannot be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you receive a product that you believe to be defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt that an item was defective or damaged and it must not be used. Please DO NOT USE the product(s) that you believe to be damaged or defective. Once a product is used, we cannot accept an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will issue an RMA/return address.
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your product refund. Original shipping costs incurred by Smokin Scooters are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
USED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED
All returned products must be NEW IN THE BOX. Any opened, installed, assembled, or used products will NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. We cannot re-sell used products. Used products will be returned to the customer or issued a partial refund for the re-sellable value of the product (typically 40-50% of the original purchase price of the product).
SALE & CLOSEOUT ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED
Closeout items may NOT be returned. Return requests for closeout items will be automatically rejected.
NEW IN BOX ITEMS
Any item that is new in the box may be returned. New in the box is defined as the exact condition that we sent the product to you.
