TX is currently experiencing unprecedented weather. With temperatures sinking below 0 and over a foot of snow in the past week, our state is ill-equipped to deal with this kind of weather. Statewide power outages are wreaking havoc with both our operations and our shipping carrier's operations.
As a result, all major shipping carriers, including USPS, FEDEX, and UPS are not running until the weather and roads clear. Warmer weather is moving in and we should get above freezing on Friday, 2/19 and expect that UPS will resume operations on Monday, 2/21. They are communicating to us that they expect to resume operations on Friday but we think a realistic expectation is Monday.
We appreciate your patience as we work through what we know is normal for the rest of the country. Unfortunately, TX's infrastructure was not designed for the once a decade snow. We will get your orders in carrier's hands as soon as we possibly can.
We appreciate your business and thank you for your patience.
