Almost every kid starts out on a Razor. And we never understood that because the Dominator Sniper is just $129 and towers over the Razor in terms of value. The Sniper comes standard with an integrated headset, not the threaded headset found on the Razor scooter. It comes with 110mm wheels, mini IHC compression, a triple clamp, and a decently sized deck and bars that will fit a wide variety of riders. Interestingly enough, the bars on the Sniper are an inch taller than its big brother, the Airborne, which probably makes the Sniper a little too tall for the youngest riders but should be appropriate for most 7 - 10 year olds.
The Dominator Sniper Pro Scooter is built around a 4.5" by 19.6" deck with an 83 degree headtube angle. Because the deck does not have boxed ends, we consider the Sniper Complete deck to be a park deck but it's equally at home at the skatepark or in your hood. Entry Level scooter decks that are 19-19.99" long will be best suited for the younger riders who are relatively new to the sport. The Dominator Sniper Complete features standard outer diameter Y-Bars that are 24.4" tall by 21.3" wide. Bars this size are ideal for riders who are 5 to 5.5 feet tall. Bars and forks are tied together via an mini HIC compression system, which is a favorite among pro scooter riders. Finally, the Dominator Sniper Complete rolls on 110mm x 24mm wheels, which are the most popular size among riders.
