This set of Thermal bars is an open box item. The bars are brand new in the original plastic packaging but the bars may or may not have very minor knicks from shipping and the box has been badly damaged while in transit. In some cases, if the box is very badly damaged, we will not include the original box. All open box bars are brand new in the original manufacturer's protective packaging but, as noted, may have minor blemishes (most do not). Envy bars are 25.6" tall by 23.6" wide. Pro scooter bars that are 24-25.99" Tall are going to be perfect for the intermediate to pro riders who have a couple years of scooter riding under their belt. As a general rule, scooter bars should sit around waist height when standing on the deck. Thermal bars are 22-23.99" Wide. Although bar height and width are highly influenced by personal preference, as a general rule, bar width should be similar to the rider's shoulder width.
